We provide everything from lab sample collections and testing through to results analysis, and offer an intuitive and easy-to-use tech platform that enables everyone to receive results quickly online.
The Lab Genius independently verifies the authenticity of every facility and patient before we onboard them to our platform and begin servicing them. If you’re a facility, lab, or hospital, this means we will request a tour of your facility and require documentation, such as patient demographics and billing info, to verify your business. If you’re a private resident, we will require a birth certificate, social security number, and driver’s license to validate your citizenship and identity.
It depends on who you are and what you’re using us for. Typically, The Lab Genius offers contractual services to hospitals and care centers to manage lab testing and collections workflows on their behalf. For private residences, services can be paid for in individual scenarios and on as as-needed basis. Contact our office to request specific pricing for your situation.

The Lab Genius portal is available on both desktop and mobile software and is accessible by anyone who has an account. We are responsible for initially creating your account, but once you receive your login credentials, you’ll be able to access our interface on any device and at any time for quick and efficient results.

The Lab Genius manages every test through our own nationally certified laboratory, which is managed exclusively by our in-house personnel. All of our employees have 10+ years experience in laboratory and medical device roles and are fully equipped to manage every aspect of both clinical and molecular testing workflows.
The Lab Genius performs both clinical and molecular analysis on every test sample we receive. Clinical analysis refers to the use of traditional cultures for identifying pathogens and infectious diseases, while molecular analysis uses a new innovative process called Molecular qPCR to identify unique genomes (DNA / RNA sequences) that are specific to certain pathogens.
Molecular results for every test are typically available within 48 hours from the time the sample is received and processed by our laboratory. Clinical analysis is generally available within 72 hours.
If you receive your lab results but would like more information concerning the pathogens detected, the antibody resistance levels of the pathogens, or the best treatment options, The Lab Genius can provide these sophisticated analyses upon request and for an additional surcharge.
